Cribalia needed to centralize and professionalize its recruitment processes, which were being managed in a fragmented way across isolated tools, making candidate tracking, client communication and process traceability difficult. Operational growth required a scalable solution that could structure processes, automate key tasks and improve the experience for the internal team, clients and candidates.
We designed and developed a complete web platform for recruitment process management, structured into multiple interconnected modules: an internal backoffice for searches, candidates and clients; a client portal with visibility into processes, candidates and reports; and a candidate portal for application tracking and assessments. We implemented structured flows with defined states, task automation, report generation, full activity logging, centralized information, notifications, psychotechnical and technical assessments, and adaptable forms for each client and role.

Facundo Crescenzo, a nutritionist specialized in sports performance and body aesthetics, needed to digitize consultation management, making appointment booking easier and optimizing daily patient organization. The manual scheduling process created coordination friction, limited availability and made it harder to track in-person and virtual consultations.
We designed and developed a web booking platform integrated with a management system, allowing patients to select and schedule appointments autonomously. The system includes consultation type selection for in-person or virtual sessions, pricing and duration visibility for each service, a calendar with real-time availability, management of booked and blocked slots, and an admin panel for calendar and patient control. The platform adapts to the professional's real workflow, supporting 45-minute consultations and different care modalities.

Catalog growth and category diversity required a clear, scalable and conversion-oriented browsing experience, allowing users to discover, explore and purchase courses easily.
We designed and developed a web platform optimized for exploring and selling digital courses, centered on user experience and conversion. The solution supports scalable category and subcategory navigation, dynamic filters and sorting, optimized catalog visualization with a focus on visual content, pricing, discounts and promotion management, and an architecture prepared for hybrid models such as individual purchases and subscriptions. We prioritized a clear, accessible interface aligned with the visual and creative nature of the content.

Insurhub is a platform designed for insurance producers, brokers and organizers, focused on optimizing operational management and strengthening client relationships. The team faced a critical problem: client communication was handled manually through WhatsApp, without traceability or structure, using external spreadsheets for tracking. This created lost leads, slower response times and low operational efficiency.
We designed and developed a conversational module integrated into Insurhub, centralizing and managing all client interactions in a single system. The platform combines automated service through AI agents with human intervention, supports real-time conversation management from a unified inbox, automates replies, guides quoting processes, routes conversations to operators, captures key contact information and maintains full traceability of interactions, states and actions. The system was designed as an extensible layer within the product, respecting the existing architecture.

Second Chance needed a solution that unified online booking with internal business management, allowing the team to operate efficiently both customer-facing and on site.
We designed and developed a complete booking platform that connects the user experience with the internal operation of the sports venue. The system includes a booking website with date selection, available time slots and dynamic pricing by time range; an admin backoffice for slots, blocks, recurring bookings and pricing configuration; and an on-site operating system optimized for tablet or phone, used by employees to manage payments, attendance and sales. The platform enables real-time court availability control, flexible pricing configuration, payment and reservation status tracking, additional sales management and complete financial follow-up.

We designed and developed a digital sleep telemedicine platform that combines assessment, follow-up and personalized support through technology and artificial intelligence. The system supports sleep-state evaluation through questionnaires and biomarkers, personalized rest improvement plans, videoconsultations with specialized doctors, psychologists and coaches, continuous tracking with user metrics and evolution, and an intelligent assistant available 24/7. It also includes company dashboards to measure the impact of sleep on productivity, health and operational costs in real time.
